The Monitoring Committee monitors the implementation of the European Spatial Planning Observation Network - ESPON 2030 Programme.

It consists of representatives from EU member states, as well as partner states participating in the ESPON 2030 Cooperation Programme.

The European Commission participates in the work of the committee in an advisory capacity.
