Strategically located in the capital, Lefkosia (Nicosia), adjacent to the “Filoxenia” Conference Centre – where the majority of Presidency meetings will be convened – the Press Centre aspires to provide a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment conducive to journalistic work.
The building that houses the Press Centre was formerly the Cyprus Higher Hotel Institute. It has been fully renovated and transformed into a modern facility in order to meet the needs of the Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
