Network and Information Systems (NIS) Cooperation Group Plenary Meeting

The Plenary is chaired by the member state holding the rotating Presidency of the Council of the European Union, with the support of the European Commission which acts as the secretariat, ensuring continuity at EU level while reflecting the priorities of the current Presidency.

It meets regularly to coordinate national cybersecurity policies, exchange best practices, and provide strategic guidance on the implementation of the NIS and NIS2 frameworks.

The Plenary also adopts common positions, work programs and guidance documents aimed at strengthening cybersecurity resilience and cooperation across the European Union.
