They support political decision-making at EU level by facilitating the exchange of high-level information, ensuring coherence between the technical response, the operational and the political/strategic crisis-management mechanisms of the Union.

This high-level meeting aims to strengthen strategic coordination for the effective management of cyber crises across Europe.

The agenda will focus on activating the European Cyber Crisis Management Blueprint during the Cyber Europe 2026 exercise, implementing the NIS2 Directive, assessing the results of recent preparedness exercises, and enhancing secure information exchange and operational cooperation among member states.
