The meeting will serve as a high-level political forum, with the participation also of the members of the Road Safety Council, for the exchange of views and the discussion of strategic policy issues in the field of road safety, with the aim of further aligning national policies with the European targets for 2030 and the “Vision Zero” objective.
The central theme of the session will be “Two Wheels, One Priority: Safer Riding Across Europe”, with a focus on the road safety of motorcyclists, who are among the most vulnerable groups of road users at European level, facing a disproportionately high rate of serious injuries and fatal collisions.
