The EU Customs Alliance for Borders (EUCAB) Steering Committee deals with the overall direction and implementation of EUCAB activities, focusing on strategic and training planning, coordination among stakeholders, and progress monitoring.

The committee reviews capacity-building initiatives, governance and management issues, resource allocation, and alignment with EU priorities, while also providing guidance on future actions and program sustainability.

The High-Level Workshop at Director Generals level, focuses on strategic customs priorities, policy coordination, and leadership-level decision-making. Discussions cover current challenges, future reforms, and strengthening cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of customs administrations.
