European Judicial Network in Civil and Commercial Matters

There will be approximately 120 participants from all EU member states, including representatives of the European Commission and of the Network’s Secretariat.  

During the meeting there will be a discussion of the practical application of the procedural EU legal instruments, including the Small Claims Regulation, Council Regulation EC No.665/2014 regarding the European Account Preservation Order and the European Payment Order, as well as of the relevant EU case law.
