Virtual Assets Regulation, Investigation, and Enforcement – Cyprus 2026 Training Symposium

The sessions will include presentations on international standards, supervisory approaches, technological developments, and emerging trends, as well as practical workshops focusing on analytical and investigative methodologies.

The primary objective of the Symposium is to strengthen the analytical, supervisory, and investigative capabilities of Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs), Law enforcement authorities (LEAs), and regulatory bodies in addressing issues related to virtual assets and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs). Particular emphasis will be placed on developing skills in investigating, detecting, freezing, and confiscating illicit assets involving virtual assets through practical and targeted training.
