Τhe College of Commissioners of the EU will visit Cyprus.

The College of Commissioners will meet with the Cyprus Government, in its capacity as Presidency of the Council of the European Union, with the aim of strengthening and further enhancing cooperation between the two institutions through high-level meetings and discussions on key policy issues of mutual interest to both the Commission and the Council.

Meetings between European Commissioners and Cyprus Ministers and Deputy Ministers will take place at the New Lemesos Port and will be organised into four thematic clusters. In parallel, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, will hold a bilateral meeting with the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides. The programme will conclude with a plenary session, followed by a joint press conference.

The visit will also feature a tour of part of the Green Line in Lefkosia and a guided tour of the walking photographic exhibition “The Cyprus Question” on Lidinis Street, on the Green Line, produced by the Press and Information Office (PIO) of the Republic of Cyprus.
