The Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products of the European Union (HMPC) was established to provide scientific opinions regarding the safety, quality, and efficacy of herbal medicinal products. During the informal meeting organised by the chairing Member State, the Committee reviews its ongoing activities alongside other relevant current matters. At the same time, it defines and sets its strategic priorities and plans for the future to ensure continued progress and alignment with its objectives.
