The Conference of Directors of EU Paying Agencies is a regular high-level meeting that brings together the heads of national paying agencies from across the European Union, along with representatives from EU institutions and associated countries.

These agencies are responsible for implementing the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and managing agricultural subsidies and rural development funds at national level. The key purpose of these conferences is to exchange experiences, share best practices, and discuss strategic and technical issues related to the operation, efficiency, and modernization of paying agencies.
