Meeting of the Agents before the Court of Justice of the EU

The first part is a closed session restricted to Member State agents, allowing discussion of procedural challenges, strategic litigation issues and matters affecting coordination with EU institutions. Subsequent parts include invited guests, such as representatives of EU bodies and expert panelists.

The meeting concludes with interventions by Judges of the Court on recent case-law and procedural practice, followed by an open discussion with all participants.
