Competent Authorities for Medical Devices meeting

Its main objective is the harmonized implementation of European Regulations concerning the safety and quality of medical devices, the strengthening of market surveillance, and ultimately the enhancement of public health protection.  Participants include representatives from the Competent Authorities of EU Member States, countries of the European Economic Area (EEA), European Free Trade Association (EFTA) states, EU candidate countries, as well as representatives from the European Commission.
