Heads of SIRENE (HOS) Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is to bring together the Heads of SIRENE Bureaux, in order to improve and coordinate the exchange of police information within the Schengen Area via the Schengen Information System (SIS) for enhanced security, focusing on sharing best practices, addressing challenges in information exchange, discussing new technical/legal developments (like SIS upgrades, as well as SIS interaction with new Large-Scale IT Systems and interoperability), and ensuring consistent, efficient cross-border police cooperation.
