21st CSDP High Level Course 2025-2026 "Michail Kostarakos" (Module 4)

The High-Level Course is the flagship and highest-level educational programme of the ESDC in the field of the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP). This edition is named after Michail Kostarakos, former Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff and former Chairman of the European Union (EU) Military Committee, and examines at strategic level the main policies, developments and trends of the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and CSDP. The course is addressed to senior civilian and military officials from EU member states, candidate countries, as well as EU institutions and bodies, with approximately 85 participants.
