The National Competent Authorities for Pricing and Reimbursement and Public Healthcare Payers (NCAPR) was established to enhance collaboration between the Member States of the European Union in the field of pricing and reimbursement of medicines and medical treatments.

More specifically, it aims to develop common objectives for the accessibility of medicines and, when necessary, examine the formulation of joint positions that may influence international policy in the field of pricing and reimbursement.
